CANCELLATION & LATE ARRIVAL
What if I arrive late?
No problem. We will get you to your seats as soon as we can without disrupting the performance for the other patrons. Our policy is not to seat anyone in his/her regular seat while the performance is in progress. We will likely seat you at the rear of the section your seat is in until there is an opportunity to move you to your actual seat, probably at intermission.
What if is performance is cancelled due to weather?
If the cast and crew are already at the theatre, performances will go on as scheduled except in the event of a Level 3 Snow Emergency issued by the State of Ohio. If the cast and/or crew cannot make it here due to weather or other emergencies, performances may be cancelled. If a performance is cancelled due to weather, full refunds will be provided. If there is a Level 1 or Level 2 Snow Emergency and you opt not to attend, we will try to move you into another performance time.

SECURITY
What about security?
The arts district is one of the safest areas in the entire metropolitan area. In order to further insure the comfort of our patrons, we have off-duty Dayton police officers who work security for us. You’ll spot them on the street corners next to the theatres. If you have a concern or question, don’t hesitate to ask their assistance–or that of one of our house management team (you can spot them by their walkie-talkies and name badges).
