A NEW WEB SITE, A NEW SEASON
The new season is here, and we have a brand-new look on the internet. The all-new VictoriaTheatre.com has been up and running for almost two months and continues to grow. It combines the previous www.victoriatheatre.com and www.schustercenter.org sites into one comprehensive site that details everything Victoria Theatre Association presents, as well as extensive information about the venues we manage – the Victoria Theatre, the Benjamin and Marian Schuster Performing Arts Center, and the Metropolitan Arts Center/Loft Theatre. In addition, our extensive new calendar of events lists all of the performances taking place in our venues throughout the year.
Our 2007-2008 season got underway earlier this month, with a memorable visit from Jack Hanna, who gave us an up-close-and-personal visit with a Cheetah and graciously signed autographs and posed for photos both before and after the show! Jo Dee Messina and Ballet Folklorico “Quetzalli” de Veracruz also stopped through Dayton for outstanding shows. Stephen Schwartz’s wonderful Snapshots is in full-swing at The Loft right now and the Dirty Rotten Scoundrels about to con their way in to Dayton to kick off the JPMorgan Chase Broadway Series.

The email alert about “Legally Blonde the Musical” appearing on MTV was greatly appreciated. I saw the email about 2 hours before the show started. My daughter-in-law and I watched and thoroughly enjoyed the show. We wouldn’t have known it was on without your email.
