Seating
Accessible seating for patrons with wheelchairs is available at the back of the orchestra level of the Victoria Theater as well as on all levels of the Schuster Center. There is an accessible entrance (with automatic doors) located to the south of the Victoria Theatre’s main doors. All entrances at the Schuster Center have automatic doors.
If you require special seating arrangements due to disability, please call Ticket Center Stage at (937) 228-3630 or toll-free (888) 228-3630. Please make your request at least two weeks prior to the performance.
Audio
Assistive listening devices are available for Victoria Theatre and Schuster Center performances. You may check out one of the devices from a house manager in the lobby. The devices are sponsored by Hillcrest Hearing & Balance Center and there is no charge for their use.
Audio description and sign language interpretation are available for specific performances by request. Please let the ticket agent know you would like either of these services when you order your tickets at Ticket Center Stage. Please make your request at least two weeks prior to the performance.
Communication for patrons with hearing and speech impairments is available by calling Ohio Relay Service at 1-800-750-0750. When the communication assistant responds, please type or say “Ticket Center Stage at 1-888-228-3630” and you will be connected with a ticket agent. Ticket Center Stage hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and two hours prior to every performance.
Large Print Programs
Large print programs are also available from any usher for Victoria Theatre Association-presented Broadway Series performances.
