ABOUT THE SHOW:
THE VERY HUNGRY CATERPILLAR AND OTHER ERIC CARLE FAVOURITES includes the story of The Very Hungry Caterpillar’s metamorphosis into a beautiful butterfly, the fanciful account of Little Cloud’s travels through the sky, and The Mixed-Up Chameleon’s discovery of his own unique nature, all in mesmerizing and innovative black light puppetry. Adapted by Eric Carle and produced by Mermaid Theatre of Nova Scotia.
60 minutes (no intermission)
Come early or stay late, pack a lunch and choose one of our Frank M. Tait Foundation Discovery Workshops to make your visit to the Victoria Theatre even more valuable. The art of Eric Carle is the focus of this workshop as students create their own Little Cloud journey, Hungry Caterpillar buffet, and Chameleon’s unique outer nature as keepsakes. A professional art instructor will show students several art techniques to inspire their creations. This one-hour workshop is $100 and is limited to 25 students.
